11th Annual Joint Summer Meeting of the
Central Texas Section of WEAT and Capitol Area Chapter of TAWWA 

Join us for an evening of baseball between the Round Rock Express and the Oklahoma City Redhawks as we hold our annual joint summer meeting with TAWWA.

DATE: Saturday, August 21, 2009

TIME: Gates open at 6:05 p.m. Game starts at 7:05 p.m.

LOCATION: United Heritage party suite (air-conditioned) located on the first base line at Dell Diamond in Round Rock (map and directions) 

PARKING: Stadium parking is additional. Early registrants will be given free parking passes on first come, first serve basis.

WHAT TO BRING: You and your guests (children 2 and under are free). Dress is casual.

WHAT TO EXPECT: The event will include hamburger/hotdog buffet, cookies, keg of beer, and seat for game. Door prizes. Silent auction.
