Meetings are held at the Houston Engineering & Scientific Society unless otherwise noted. The address for HESS is 5430 Westheimer, Houston, TX.

The cost is $30 if a reservation is made on or before 3 working days prior to the meeting (Monday before the meeting). The cost is $35 after Monday or at the door. In order to increase attendance, the officers have voted to provide a discount to full time students and public employees for meeting fees. The discounted fee will be $15. Full time students will have to show proof of enrollment with a current school identification card. Public employee is defined as an employee of a municipality, federal, state, or county agency, MUD, FWSD, etc. Public employees requesting the discount should be prepared to show an identification card or business card. This discount is only available to those who register in advance.
