Operational Preparedness Webinar: Construction Management Challenges Associated with Social Distancing

Webinar Overview: This webinar will provide the audience with an understanding of the effect of Coronavirus (Covid-19) on construction projects deemed “Essential”. Administration of CDC directive and Government executive orders and as time progresses on the contracting community, engineering services and public agency administration of their capital programs. Compare the approach of different contractors to complete the work.

Panel Discussion to Follow Presentation: Following the presentation, a moderated panel discussion will be held. During the moderated discussion, the speaker will be joined by representatives from the Trinity River Authority of Texas that are currently involved in several of their construction activities.

Presenter: Bruce Dinkheller, PE, LAN Chief Engineer - Construction Service

Presenter Biography: Bruce has over 44 years of experience primarily in project and construction management. Bruce currently manages LAN’s construction management practice with current projects across the State of Texas. He is currently wrapping up construction for the City of Waco’s New Wastewater Transfer Pump Station. Bruce received his Civil Engineering Technology Degree from Southern Illinois University in 1976 and his Civil Engineering Degree from the university of Illinois in 1988. Prior to LAN, Bruce also performed similar management roles for AECOM, Parsons Brinkerhoff and Jacobs where he delivered several large Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) programs.
