Bria Crawford

Bria Crawford is a General Engineer with the U.S. EPA Water Security Division Emergency Response Team. Bria’s current focus is on emergency response planning as well as water response. Bria holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, where she focused on drinking water infrastructure disparities. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Howard University.

Sarah Moore, CEM:

Sarah Moore is a Senior Resilience Consultant for Arcadis and is responsible for the delivery of services including vulnerability assessments, security, emergency preparedness, training and exercise projects. With more than 15 years in the field, Sarah has extensive experience in planning, operations, response, and recovery working at the federal, state, regional, and local levels across the United States. She supported response efforts to numerous natural disasters large and small, including Hurricanes Katrina and Sandy. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas in Emergency Administration and Planning and is a Certified Emergency Manager through the International Association of Emergency Management.
