Exhibitor Information
All exhibitors will be listed in the Conference Program. All exhibitors will also have an 8'x10' Booth (including pipe and drape, 6’ table, and 2 chairs). We have closed online exhibitor registration at this time, please call the WEAT office (512.693.0060) if you are interested in exhibiting.
Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after receiving the exhibitor registration fee.
- There are a limited number of exhibit spaces available. Please sign up and pay early to ensure you get the desired size space!
- All exhibit spaces will be assigned before the conference.
Exhibitor Booth: $600.00 (includes two attendee registrants). Full payment must be received by May 3, 2024.
