Registration is open for the Hill Country Section's August monthly luncheon meeting. The meeting will be an in-person event only at the San Antonio Water System, Customer Service Center (Tower II) at 2800 US Highway 281 N, San Antonio, TX 78212. Rob Jenkins, Arcadis, and Adam Aranda, SAWS, will present on their condition assessment of aging water mains within the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) distribution network. Join us to learn more about project planning, field testing methodology, data collection and how the collected condition assessment data can be used to evaluate pipeline integrity, prioritize rehabilitation/replacement, reduce unnecessary pipeline replacement and more. Speakers will also discuss lessons learned and recommendations for implementing condition assessment programs to improve the long-term reliability and sustainability of water distribution infrastructure.
