Presentation Title: Texas 86th Legislative Session Update, Interim Charges, and Covid-19 Related Regulatory Changes
Presentation Synopsis:
An update on recent federal and state legislative and regulatory changes, as well as interim charges of Texas 86th legislative session. This update will also include recent rule writing efforts, new rules and what they mean for operations staff; including Chapter 312. And finally, some COVID related updates that impact enforcement, compliance, and operator training and licensing.
