Walter Chiang lived a life devoted to the improvement of environmental services and the civil engineering discipline. He had a passion for teaching and mentoring others and helped to inspire countless individuals throughout his distinguished 50-plus year career.
A Virtual Memorial Service for Walter is planned for Monday, Nov. 2nd at 5:00 pm. Please join this special event that is hosted by WEAT. The memorial service will be a celebration of Walter’s life and is open to all friends and colleagues. We will have a special presentation by Walter’s son Darrell Chiang and WEAT colleagues throughout the State.
Representatives with CP&Y and WEAT leaders have also established the Walter Chiang Memorial Scholarship Endowment through the WEAT Scholarship Fund.
