This workshop introduces wastewater utilities to a practical, entry-level approach for prioritizing sewer basins using integrated data. Participants will learn how combining basic GIS asset data, historical SSO records, and operational cleaning information can reveal meaningful performance patterns that are not visible when datasets are reviewed independently. Through a simplified case example, the session demonstrates how utilities can categorize sewer basins based on risk, maintenance effectiveness, and operational need, without advanced analytics or specialized software. The workshop emphasizes transparency, scalability, and real-world applicability, enabling utilities of all sizes to implement data-driven prioritization strategies and support informed decision-making.
