Each year, the YP Fall Forum brings Young Professionals together for meaningful conversations around key topics that impact our careers, communities, and growth. Our topic this year is Leadership and Mentorship. Learning to lead, influence, and support others is key to long-term success for professionals of all experience levels. In this year's YP Fall Forum, attendees will explore strategies to build meaningful connections, advocate for their team, and grow presence and influence from day one. Open-ended discussions will be held to answer questions such as, what successes and setbacks have you experienced in building your network as an early career professional? How do you support direct reports as a manager, and how do you proactively engage with a manager as a direct report? Attendees should come prepared to share personal thoughts and experiences around what makes a mentor and leader truly impactful.
