Exhibitor Information-SOLD OUT

All exhibitors will be listed in the Conference Program. All exhibitors will also have an 8'x10' Booth (including pipe and drape, 6’ table, and 2 chairs).

Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after receiving the exhibitor registration fee.

• There is a limited number of exhibit spaces available. Please sign up and pay early to ensure you get the desired size space!
• All exhibit spaces will be assigned before the conference.

Exhibitor Booth: $800.00 (includes two attendee registrants). Full payment must be received by October 2, 2026. (SOLD OUT)

Exhibitor Arrival/Setup: Exhibitor setup will take place Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 7 AM and must be completed by 8:30 AM. Breakdown may begin at 12:30 PM on Friday, November 6, 2026. Early breakdown is prohibited out of courtesy to conference speakers and attendees.
